Ability: Has a talent in acoustic manipulation, converting ordinary music into weapons of destruction. His generated waves have a range of one thousand kilometres. The sound of his Scrambler Gun further expands the extent of Blasters acoustic attacks. Character: A genuine sadist, makes only those that he can manipulate his subordinates. Like a malevolent dictator he constantly torments the scrounge drones that serve him. With his Cassettebot team, he plots revenge on Soundwave and Blitzwing for his banishment to the moon.
