When the three Mini-Cons of the Street Action Team -- Sureshock, Grindor, and High Wire -- combine, they form one larger and more powerful robot called Perceptor. The strength of the robot lies in the teamwork of the three Mini-Cons who make him up. When Sureshock, Grindor, and High Wire encounter a situation that they are not strong enough to handle individually, they combine to form Perceptor.
