A diplomat dispatched from Cybertron upon receiving a secret communique from Commander Optimus Prime. Although posted to Cybertron, he is conducting covert negotiations for an alliance with the Earthlings and the construction of Autobot City, a situation known to only a few of his superiors. Fluent in over 230 Earth languages and 6300 alien ones, he possesses outstanding diplomatic skills. Though tenaciously honest, he is well aware of the ingenuity required to maintain an advantage while proceeding through negotiations. Carries an electromagnetic pulse emitter, twin vertigo guns and stun grenades for self-defense. In times of crisis, he can transfer his memories and data to an internal drone and make an emergency escape. |
