Swindle is the partner Mini-Con of the Decepticon, Starscream. Swindle changes into a Formula One race car. When Starscream changes into his jet-fighter mode, Swindle attaches as the tail, adding power to Starscream's attack capability. He also adds stability to Starscream when he is in flight.
